Molecular and clinical aspects of infection, inflammation and immunity (MBI-8006) is an International PhD course (3 ECTS) offered by the Faculty of Health Sciences, Campus Tromsø, & The National Graduate School in Infection Biology and Antimicrobials (IBA)

It will be held at the UiT-The Arctic University of Norway, in Tromsø, May 28 – 30, 2018

 

Content

This is an advanced topic graduate-level course with lectures provided by invited distinguished scientists.
The course content reflects the themes outlined in the program and the respective invited lecturers field of research. Molecular concepts, the use of antimicrobial drugs as well as immune responses and host-pathogen interaction is brought together in an epidemiological and evolutionary context.
Lunch and coffee breaks aims to promote scientific discussions and network building between course participants andthe lecturers.
