Bioinformatics of genomics – Level 2

Please note that this workshop is held in Oslo. The course is open to all IBA members, but due to the short length of the course, IBA can not cover travel or accommodation.

This course has been moved to November 3rd. A level 2 course will also be held November 10.

This course is the continuation of Bioinformatics course level 1 and requires basic knowledge of whole genome assembly, including quality assessment of raw data, trimming and contig assembly.

Although not a strict requirement, we recommend participants to attend level 1 before signing up for this course.

Participants must bring their own laptops (limited to max 12 persons, on a first-come first-serve basis).

We will provide Geneious educational licenses and a list of required preparations for the hands-on part one week before the course.
