The Norwegian Consortium for Microbial Genomics (NCMG) is a national network bringing together scientists with complementary expertise to exchange knowledge about transmission of infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance. NCMG was established in 2016 to stimulate the development of Next Generation Sequencing for microbiology in a One Health perspective in Norway.

This year the meeting will be held by Teams.

Registration deadline: February 12, 2021

The 2021 NCMG programme will combine talks from international speakers and presentations of ongoing Norwegian projects (including from IBA scientists).

Previous meetings of the consortium were held in May 2016, December 2017 and December 2019 and have assembled each about 100 participants.
